As a Key Account Manager, your ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and develop strategic partnerships will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of challenger brands, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability and client satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the FMCG sector. Proven track record of developing and managing successful client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
