Responsible for customers of the Buying Group Channel for the Spanish division (4 brands: De´Longhi, Kenwood, Braun & Nutribullet). The candidate will have to define the objectives and strategies for each customer and implement the action plans to achieve the objectives.
Leading a team of Area Managers assuring the company strategy implementation in all the areas.
Main Tasks:
- Develops annual customer sales strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
- Defines a proper strategy in both on-line and off-line channels.
- Negotiates and implements customer agreements.
- Develops commercial and promotional plans for the 4 brands by customer.
- Controls the Sales Budget assigned.
- Contributes actively in the Planning Process: sales plans, account plans, budget and latest estimates, monthly sales forecasting.
- Interacts with the International Key Accounting department for the development and follow up of key accounts locally.
- Works closely with other channels to properly implement the current commercial policy and different stake-holders in supply chain, marketing, finances.
- Explores and develops new channels
- Lead new projects in order to digitalize procedures
Job ProfileQualifications and education:
University Degree
Languages:
Fluent in Spanish (spoken & written)
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar position (5 years), preferably in the same or similar sector
- Experience in a multinational company
- Experience in team-management
