Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your mission as a Territory Sales Manager will be to grow and maximize the business. You will have to focus on the expansion of the customer portfolio, as well as the review of the quality and the correct running of sales.
You will also have to take care of the distribution channel and collaborate and initiate marketing strategies in the area. In the medium to long term, you will be responsible for managing a sales team, promoters, and controlling and motivating the team to achieve the goals set.
