Date : Aug 30, 2024 Employment Schedule : Full time Location :Aalst, BEKey Account Manager BeNeLux HC & RetailTo reinforce our Commercial team we are looking for a Key Account Manager BeNeLux HC & Retail.Mission and Key TasksThe purpose of the KAM position is to manage the strategic development of the BeNeLux region in the Retail channel and the Healthcare B2B2C channel.Retail : creating and implementing a well-defined strategy, as well as managing a portfolio of customers within this region.Healthcare Self-Pay (B2B2C) : developing a winning long-term sales strategy for the assigned customers by executing detailed customer & market assessments, identifying opportunities for growth and strengthening our market position.Your expertise will be vital in exploring new partnerships and expanding into "white space" areas.The KAM will be in charge of :Creating the strategy and goals for the customers in scopeDeveloping, implementing & following up the key account plans within the overall strategy for the business unit and groupManaging all aspects of the commercial negotiations, sales development and customer interfaceMeeting customers regularly, preparing (materials for) customer meetings and communicating / following up next steps / actions in a structured and effective wayDeliver the sales and margin targets set by the annual budgetAligning forecasting and forecast accuracy, in close collaboration with the demand managerAnalyzing sales and market data and using it effectively to develop (new) businessManaging market intelligence through store visits on a regular basis and communicate in a timely manner internallyCompletion of customer specific documentationManagement of key projects and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and effective mannerBackground and ExperienceMinimum bachelor degree, master seen as an advantage.Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a B2B environmentExperience of dealing with customers at all levels of an organizationExperience in the private label market or related would be an advantageLanguage : fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.Strong / proven negotiator & Strong interpersonal and influencing skillsAnalytical ability; able to crunch numbers and to think in a logical and strategic mannerPC literate; advanced Excel skillsHands on attitudeWe enthusiastically invite candidates from all backgrounds to apply and we ensure a fair selection process.
