We love virtual coffee breaks and cats Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video calls to provide either proactive and reactive support, performance visibility and build long-lasting relationships Act as the main point of contact throughout the customer engagement Actively identify customer challenges and suggest better solutions.
Act as a customer's trusted advisor and partner Contribute to Customer Success thought leadership and share our best practices and feedback across the organization to continuously improve our approach Being at ease to discuss with different stakeholders and engage in strategic conversations Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, applying companies cs guidelines and best practices Requirements: Bilingual in English and another European language Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Tech profile with a good understanding of e-commerce technical concepts : tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager, and website scripts.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in hospitality tech and Marketing is essential Experience in supporting a SaaS product is would essential Experience working for a Booking engine, RMS, PMS or Channel manager would be a big plus.
