Role Purpose: Manage current Consumer Lines programmes (A&H, IPL & Travel) to maximize portfolio value and customer revenue as well as retention. Support implementation of new programmes by collaborating with UW, Claims, Ops, Delivery Management & BDM. Work closely with Senior Account Manager to ensure Partnerships contribute to the overall Iberia performance and strategy. Responsible for the management of the portfolio and relationship with new partners.
Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Chubb.Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from Partnerships (meeting Growth, Product enhancement Plan and Renewal Goals).Managing all internal processes: legal, claims, underwriting, operations, IT, to manage the portfolio and implement new partnerships.Acting as the primary point of contact for key Partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Managing sales, premium booking, and profitability. Negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.Controlling Marketing Campaigns, analyzing campaign results according to our marketing assumptions (Volumes & Performance KPIs) and creating plans for growth and improvement.Supporting and actively collaborating with BDM and Delivery Management in the implementation process for new Partnerships.
