Role Purpose: Manage current Consumer Lines programmes (A&H, IPL & Travel) to maximize the portfolio value and customer revenue as well as retention.
Support implementation of new programmes by collaborating with UW, Claims, Ops, Delivery Management & BDM.
Work closely with Senior Account Manager to ensure that Partnerships are contributing to the overall Iberia performance and strategy.
Responsible for the management of the portfolio and relationship with new partners.
Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with Chubb.Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from Partnerships (meeting Growth, Product enhancement Plan and Renewal Goals).Manage all internal processes: legal, claim, underwriting, operations, IT, to manage portfolio and implement new partnerships.Acting as the primary point of contact for key Partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Responsible for the management of sales, premium booking, and profitability.
