.BauWatch Group is the European leader in temporary security solutions and has grown rapidly over the past 10 years with a current year-over-year growth around 30% p.A.As Europe's #1 in the industry, we provide monitored surveillance services to customers primarily in the construction and civil engineering industry by combining our ruggedized monitoring towers, our own in-house software, and our leading end-to-end operations (incl.Service and logistics) with remote monitoring to protect our customers' assets.BauWatch has disrupted the market for temporary security, which we still see as a blue-ocean opportunity in most European countries.Backed by a leading purpose-driven investor and with teams already present in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, and the UK, we're now growing within Spain.We are looking for a Key Account Manager ConstructionAs Key Account Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director Spain to drive commercial growth while taking accountability for reaching targets and growth objectives in the construction market.Ultimately, you will manage your accounts to ensure that you meet or exceed the expectations of our business targets and contribute to our company's success in the long run.Responsibilities and DutiesContribute to the commercial plan by identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities in the construction sector.Build and maintain a relevant network of construction companies (e.G. residential, industrial).Work closely with the marketing team and support marketing activities, e.G. by giving company presentations and attending trade fairs.Attend to customer queries; a customer-focused attitude is imperative.Directly responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, building sales partnerships, and nurturing relationships.Contribute to the performance of marketing activities of BauWatch such as carrying out telephone campaigns and giving company presentations.Develop and nurture new and existing customers and enter into partnerships by building and maintaining your own relationship network.Follow up on commercial opportunities to ensure a lasting bond between the customer and BauWatch.Advise the key account manager, product management, and group management on opportunities and threats in the market.Advise possible adjustments of the commercial strategy based on your own experiences and data collected.Support the sales team in acquiring new customers by following up on marketing leads.RequirementsPersonality:Friendly team player: Ability to be an active part of a fast-growing team with an 'all hands on deck' approach.Customer focus: Listens to the wishes and needs of the customer and adapts working methods accordingly.Motivated & target driven: Highly motivated and target driven, willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.Independent: Able to carry out your own work properly and solve problems without supervision
