Omega CRM, a leader in Technology Solutions, is looking to develop its Marketing practice with a Digital Project Manager profile.MAIN DUTIES:Participation in different CX projects, implementation and maintenance of solutions in different clients/environments in the field of CRM and Digital Marketing & UX, Analytics and consulting and transformation projects in general.Leadership of assigned teams, including tasks of schedules management, team assignment, management of the scope of collaboration and possible deviations and extensions.Development and execution of business strategies for digital channels (website, paid media, social media and CRM) to develop the online business, establishing online sales goals both for B2B and B2C.Participation in functional and analysis process tasks, documentation, testing and support to the development team according to the needs of each project or client.Responsible for ensuring the quality of Omega's deliverables in assigned customers and projects.Support the business development and pre-sales of the company.Assume the functions of preparation and designs of demos, pilots and service offerings.Collaborate in upselling and cross-selling in assigned clients and projects.EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.Project management experience in Marketing Automation projects.Experience in Social Media, SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, CRO and Analytics as a plus.High level of English.What do we offer:Permanent contract.Flexible Schedule.Balance your professional and personal life.Certifications plan.Home Office.Flexible retribution (public transport ticket, Ticket restaurant).Health insurance.Professional development: Evolve, grow and get where you want to go.About us:We are a European and independent company whose mission is to accelerate the business experience (BX) of its customers.
