The Client Training Lead is responsible for the delivery, design, and creation of effective training for our customers.
This role will include building the training plan, working with stakeholders to produce and develop the training material, and delivering online or face-to-face training to the client.
This position ensures that customers are fully trained with high quality and on time.
The Client Training Lead is a key role for Operational Readiness, ensuring a good customer understanding of the tools and a successful testing phase during the project.Key Responsibilities- Deliver training to the clients.- Conduct online or face-to-face sessions ensuring high quality and respecting timelines.- Prepare training material.- Design and create training materials as required.
Maintain the material updated and according to Alight format.- Participate in meetings as appropriate to clarify the training's scope.- Track and report progress and status to key stakeholders.- Constant learning and growing.- Create a professional environment, correct behaviors, and enforce the use of business etiquette.- Build relationships with SMEs and colleagues across the company to understand the tools offered and design and deliver the clearest and most effective training.- Communicate with relevant stakeholders.- Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned.- Work independently with initiative or as part of a team.- Compliance to SR Standards training.- Completion of mandatory training.- Time recording and approval.- Adoption of Alight standard methodology.- Quality review and lessons learned process.- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and OPSAT outcomes.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and ExperienceKnowledge, Education, Certification, Skills Technical Proficiencies- Solid experience in Customer Service Training.- Experience in Operations and/or Service Readiness is an advantage.- Fluent in English (and any other language is a plus).- Open-minded and creative.- Willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.- Payroll knowledge is an advantage.- Customer-oriented.- Very good presentation skills.- Interest in new technologies and solutions.Work Experience- 2+ years working experience in HR services delivery/operations.
