You control and monitor pneumatic braking systems and integrate them into a rail vehicle.
You accompany the commissioning of the braking functions step by step from simulation to vehicle commissioning.Responsibilities:Determination and documentation of the requirements for the drive control software.Definition of the software architecture and documentation with the help of modeling tools.Participation in the definition of the software design, how the software architecture is to be implemented in practice.Participation in the agreement and documentation of the system interfaces of the software.Design and description of the required software components based on the software requirements.Programming of the control software with the help of a graphic development tool (continuous flowchart).Integration of the control unit software on the target platform and documentation of the functionality.Planning of the entire software test (developer, component and function test).Monitoring the quality of all intermediate results of the software development process (verification).Determination of the suitability of the completed software (validation, EN 50657).Organize and describe the software configuration management.Creation of the vehicle simulation as a test environment for the implementation of software tests.Elaboration and documentation of development standards.You support the integration of brake control functions regarding function, hardware and software in a rail vehicle.
