This exciting opportunity will focus on growing business in our Performance department.You will manage large media buying budgets to drive traffic to our campaigns in a profitable manner, with a focus on Social platforms. Be a hands-on and self-driven supply manager, handling not only media buys but also accounts and communications. Improve Tappx's market position within the performance field.What YOU will do:Onboard, integrate and set new media sources live, campaigns and their trackings. Focus will be on Social, but other type of supply accounts may be assigned depending on results.Analyse data and optimize campaigns according to predefined KPI's.Manage a portfolio of Supply Partners, DSPs and Exchanges and carry out media buying activities and arbitrage for Tappx to ensure that eCPM > CPM.Launch A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of advertising spend and creative iteration.Ensure Ads are creative and displayed appropriately.Identify opportunities to improve campaigns and implement alternative revenue streams.Work internally with the technical team and other departments to optimize performance results, and identify new tools to adopt and adapt ourselves to the market trends.Stay updated with the fast-paced ad marketing industry, with a focus on Social sources like Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat, etc.Focus will be on Social platforms to prove the potential of this traffic source with app campaigns.
