David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Danish speaking Customer Service Representative for their offices in Spain.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Benalmadena (Málaga), Spain or Torrevieja (Alicante), Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Be the first point of contact, update contact information, collect invoice, pre-onboarding, booking information and related requests. Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms. Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given. REQUIREMENTS Native/fluent in Danish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level). High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer support, call center or sales is needed. Comfortable working in a call center environment. Excellent communication skills. Solid computer skills. Exquisite customer care, courteous attitude. Positive and motivated mind-set.
