Your mission
Reporting to the Head of Engagement and collaborating with HRBP's and People Services team, the Senior Reward Analyst will be responsible for collating data for a range of reward and recognition processes, using your strong analytical skills to identify trends and spot anomalies in the data. The Senior Reward Analyst thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with excellent cross-functional partnership skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to look beyond the numbers. This person will help us grow and evolve our global compensation function. You must demonstrate the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, projects, timelines, and stakeholders. You will thrive working with diverse and remote teams and be able to research best practices and network internally and externally.
What you'll do Annual compensation review cycle - manage the administration, supporting the HR Business Partners in the planning and governance of the end-to-end process. This includes data cleansing, validation and reconciliation, data analysis and report generation, drafting communications and preparation of salary review templates.Develop and define the salary benchmarking approach working closely with different People team members and the Leadership group in order to implement our organizational salary benchmarking framework.Lead core compensation education across the People team and relevant business areas, e.g. job evaluation methodology, levelling criteria process, etc.Provide salary benchmarking.Partner the wider People team during compensation cycles, country transfers, peer parity reviews and any other ad-hoc projects.Act as a business advisor, collaborating with HR business partners and People Services team to provide compensation solutions, expertise, and support on the full spectrum of base salary programs and policies, ensuring alignment with strategic business and operational objectives.Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide guidance for offers and identify any upcoming market trends or challenges.Manage the compensation database, tracking and facilitating the processing of all variable compensation payments and targets in the HRIS.Perform broad analysis to monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and best practices analyzing the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.Prepare and analyse metrics and other reporting processes to monitor internal practices and track and report on trends.Ensure compliance with reward processes, including data processing.Support other reward activities and initiatives as required, including (not limited to): implementation of compensation planning software, bonus and other variable pay plans, global benefits market review, flexible benefits program implementation, creation of reward frameworks in cases of M&A;, and the implementation of any new reward systems.What you'll bring Demonstrable experience in Compensation and Benefits at Senior level.International experience in reward strategy and planning, compensation and benefits policy and processes, including internal and external benchmarks.Experience of using a HRIS to administrate compensation data.Experience of collaborating with Senior Executives.Good understanding of international benefit programs and legislative minimums.Knowledge of current reward and benefit external market trends and updates.Strong IT skills including strong Excel and PowerPoint ability.Advanced Excel skills.Highly organized and ability to work to deadlines.Proven analytical skills.Enthusiastic and can-do attitude.Ability to problem solve and use initiative to come up with viable potential solutions to challenges.Ability to simplify and explain technical reward activities to stakeholders.Good verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.What's in it for you Inspiring and fulfilling work at an innovative and values-driven company creating cutting-edge tech.Attractive salary and customizable benefits package.Flexible working hours and ways of working.Contemporary and accessible office environments with a range of workplace perks.Six weeks' paid leave for every four years of service.Relocation package for you and your family including soft-landing package services to help you settle in (applicable in Spain, if you are moving from a different city/country).Being part of a team with a forward-looking, international mindset and agile working practices.A friendly, inclusive and multicultural environment.
