Job Description DTN is seeking to hire a Project Engineer to join our team full-time in one of our offices in Seville or Utrecht. The Project Engineer will keep engineering projects on time and on a budget, as well as monitor activities such as procurement, quality control, and system configuration. The Project Engineer shall be responsible for the day-to-day running of engineering processes. This individual will also work closely with other levels of management such as business development teams, supporting service level agreements with customers and negotiate with third parties when needed.
What you will be responsible for: Translating client requirements into practical terms that can be implemented by a team.
Confirm product performance by designing and conducting tests, including tests related to network and telecommunications infrastructure.
Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving technical issues in networks and telecommunications.
Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending corrective actions.
Collaborating across interdisciplinary teams.
What you will bring to the role: Relevant engineering experience, with a good understanding of TCP/IP networks and telecommunications.
Fluent in Spanish or English.
Teamwork-oriented mindset.
Availability to travel.
Experience in related industry is a plus.
Aviation-specific experience preferred.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between 26,250€ and 35,000€ for candidates in Spain, and 33,750€ and 45,000€ for candidates in the Netherlands. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
