To investigate the exchange rates of the competition.
Responsibilities include:
Calling the competition.Asking agents who work with the competition or our own agencies.Inquiring about the day rates in the system according to the agent's level, the country, and the correspondent.Attending to customers in the assigned area by phone, resolving their doubts and/or problems on a daily basis, informing them about commissions and charges, and advising agents on how to obtain more benefits from their business.Monitoring the evolution of the agents by keeping regular contact with them when their activity is diminishing or when we have information about the activity of RIA agents with the competition.Assessing the satisfaction of the agents with the company service through regular visits to their establishments.Qualifications: High management of the informatic tool (particularly Excel).Excellent understanding of the management of the exchange rates and the effects these changes can have on activity.High value: knowledge about "Revenue/Yield management": "The challenge is to sell the right resources to the right customer at the right time for the right price."
