Our mission is to fight climate change with.ABOUT THE ROLE Power Factors is seeking a talented and energetic Account Executive, Mid-Market to join our growing sales workforce. In this role, the Account Executive, Mid-Market has the mandate to execute account-specific targeted sales campaigns in partnership with marketing and Regional Vice President - Sales. The MM-AE will be accountable for the achievement of targeted account sales goals and account objectives aligned with Power Factors' business strategy. The Account Executive, Mid-Market is a high-activity regional role focused on high-volume penetrating and winning new logo SaaS contracts with mid-market accounts, typically in the 250MW to 1GW scale. These Mid-Market accounts are typically regional renewable energy developers, EPC contractors, owners and/or operators of smaller fleets of renewable energy assets. In this role, you will report to the Regional Vice-President, Sales EMEA and you will be based in Madrid, Spain area.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Identify and prioritize targeted Mid-Market accounts for coordinated targeted sales & account-based marketing campaign(s). Engage various functions and business units in the targeted Mid-Market Accounts, developing and executing high-volume sales stage-appropriate activities resulting in awareness, engagement, discovery, qualification, opportunity development, commercial and technical proposal development, decision making, contract negotiation, and commercial close. Develop, execute, and report on account plans and opportunity pipeline, with high-degree of forecast accuracy using CRM tool. Exceeding quota and expectations by developing and managing a pipeline of 20+ accounts with a high level of activity engaging the targeting accounts. Coordinate with the market to develop and execute supporting Account-Based Marketing campaigns directed at target accounts & persona at various stages in the buyers' journey. Directly engage with targeted persona to conduct discovery, build relationships, develop and execute targeted value propositions, and convert qualified opportunities within the target account(s).
