Responsibilities Strengthen Quality Assurance in Construction Activities Emphasize a safety-first approach Follow up on global quality strategic priorities and adapt them to regional needs Ensure compliance with VESTAS Quality Standards and Business Processes during installation Provide guidance and support for Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management in the construction region Assist in implementing improvement actions to reduce Costs of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and non-conformities (NCR) KPIs Ensure the implementation of Quality Plans (PQP) and customized Quality Control Plans for customer contracts according to the Vestas Management System Train and support Vestas employees and subcontractors on quality activities as required by the Manager Aid the business in root cause analysis and the execution of corrective or preventive actions Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent 3 years of experience in Construction, Quality Assurance on-site supervision Preferred qualification as a Lead Assessor/Auditor (ISO 9001 or equivalent) Familiarity with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards Fluent proficiency in English Competencies High Problem-Solving Skills with a focus on a hands-on approach Leadership and Communication Skills demonstrated in a multicultural environment Conflict Management Abilities coupled with hands-on skills Customer-Focused, Proactive, and Result-Oriented mindset Emphasis on taking time to save time What We Offer Join Vestas to make a difference in the Global Climate Challenge having the chance to support the business in Construction and across the Vestas Value Chain in the Region increasing the knowledge on Turbine and Wind Energy sector in a multicultural environment.
