As a Sales Manager: be ready to expand Tropicfeel's business through new sales channels: Wholesale & Marketplaces with a special focus in Spain, UK & DACH.
Your Challenge: KM new channels PnL ownership, KM Sales manager, Account manager & trade marketing.
Your Responsibilities: Implement, track & report Tropicfeel omnichannel expansion strategy to achieve the business goals.Build a retail network to support business growth: Commercial agents & clients.You will be responsible for and be the key point of contact for major retail accounts and partners, identifying and negotiating with new customers.Keep the sales pitch & documents updated, leading price negotiations with KM clients to achieve B2B profitability targets.Build strong relationships with retail customers, defining together with clients a yearly commercial plan and coordinating communication with all related teams: media, product, logistics, and finance.Supervising/coordinating the POS of each customer to deliver strong conversion rates in-shop.Track sales funnel and monthly results reporting.Ensure & track we offer the highest service and logistics to all of our retail customers.Attend personally to each retail client inquiry, ensuring procedures implementation on the doors & clients (including controlling the exchange and refund products in accordance with procedures).Reporting in monthly B2B strategy meetings about KM results & Pipeline. What will help you succeed in this role: Previous experience in outdoor or Lifestyle brands.Excellent or native English and Fluent Spanish.Written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.Negotiation Skills.Strong project management capabilities, delivery oriented: the ability to attentively review, assess, and provide detailed information on multiple projects in an organized way.Proactive (initiative), disciplined, and highly organized approach to work.Think outside the box.
