Within our Digital & Product Solutions division, specifically in the Sales & Marketing area, a new opportunity has arisen to become part of the team. The Sales & Marketing area is responsible for sales and marketing activities related to DEKRA's portfolio of testing and certification services for the electricity and electronics markets, information and communication technology, industry, telecommunications, healthcare, telecom operators, and automotive sectors.
Your role:As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the bridge between DEKRA and its strategic clients in France, ensuring a smooth and productive collaboration. This professional will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong business relationships with key clients, as well as positioning DEKRA's Product Testing services as an essential solution for their needs.
Tasks and responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth in the French market.Contribute to the development of short- and long-term business and operational goals.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships based on trust and service quality.Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and align them with DEKRA's services.Identify new business opportunities in strategic sectors and propose innovative solutions tailored to the client.Generate customized proposals and lead the negotiation process to close deals.Manage issues and challenges related to key accounts, seeking quick and effective solutions that strengthen the client relationship.Increase DEKRA's presence in the French market.Achieve defined sales targets, both in terms of revenue and the number of new clients.Strengthen DEKRA's reputation as a leader in certification and testing services within key sectors.Corporate Benefits:Intensive summer day and every Friday of the year.Possibility of accessing restaurant vouchers, nursery vouchers, private medical insurance.Possibility of Hybrid System after the trial period (3 days from home / 2 from the office).Discounts on major brands: textiles, consumer goods, electronics, travel agencies.Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications or Industrial) is a plus.At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.Fluent in French and English (C1 level required).Knowledge in B2B business development, especially in the ICT industry.Exceptional customer focus with outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging clients and building meaningful relationships.Highly proactive and empathetic, always anticipating needs and driving results through collaboration and teamwork.Preferred Qualifications:Spanish is a plus.Experience in testing and certification services in regulatory, Type Approval, and schemes of the Wireless industry (Bluetooth SIG, Wi-Fi Alliance, NFC Forum, GCF, PTCRB).Knowledge in Wireless technologies: Bluetooth, WLAN, Mobile, IoT.We offer you an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your career in a leading multinational organization.
