Position SummaryThe KAM Telco Operator position will have as main responsibility to maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected operator account based on the regional business strategy, trust and teamwork with the account.Role and Responsibilities- Develop a good customer knowledge from a regional point of view to headquarter. Anticipate customer's needs and future sales account actions.- Develop a business plan for the account, ensuring proper forecasting to anticipate investment for sales & marketing funds. Develop sales proposals, protocols, targets, and sales conditions negotiation.- Build up long-term business development strategies to secure business success.- Identify business opportunities and increase portfolio into the account.- Sales strategy coordination and execution within Sales and Marketing team.- Achieve turnover, profitability, and KPIs assigned to the account.Skills and Qualifications- Trustful professional with demonstrable working experience of +5 years in sales/KAM positions is a must. Experience working at KAM/Sales positions in consumer electronics or telco industry - similar roles, with knowledge of the telco operators will be preferred.- Full understanding of specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.- Passion for technology and proactivity in staying current on the latest products to market.- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions.- Sound experience working with MS Office Suite; proficiency in Excel isa strong preference.Main skills needed:- Customer focus and speed/problem solver orientation, with a dynamic personality and influence to engage and high communication level.- Well organized, process-driven with ability to multitask fast and efficiently.- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail with great accuracy.- Analytical and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment; a consultative approachto managing complex client relationships.- Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate with key stakeholders.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
