What are we looking for? We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our International BU Area as KAM Africa Middle East at our headquarters in Madrid.
JOB PROFILEThe MEA KAM will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relations with the Key Accounts in the assigned area, ensuring client needs and potential business is maximized through technical support, commercial insights, and sales analysis.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIESDeveloping a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company through a complete understanding of key account needs.Resolving key client issues and complaints.Anticipating key account changes and improvements.Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.Managing the account team assigned to each client.Strategic planning to improve client results.Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.Analysing client data to provide customer relationship management.Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a relevant field.Four to five years' previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience in FMCG.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.Goal-oriented, organized team player.Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.Self-motivated and self-directed.Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.Based in Madrid.Our DEOLEO "Live Green" benefits will includeDEOLEO Welcome basket, with some of our key products & brands (Carbonell, Hojiblanca, and others).DEOLEO Live Green digital tour with specific focus on bringing life to our end-to-end processes (from harvest to bottle).Be part of DEOLEO Team and you will findLeadership: We lead the way and empower everyone to get the job done no matter the position or level in DEOLEO.Diversity: We work in a place where everyone can fit in, embracing everyone's contribution.Sustainability: We act in the best interest of an Olive Oil sustainable future.Resilience: We can adapt and react with speed without losing focus on the results.If you believe you match these values, we are looking forward to meeting you!
