We are looking for a dynamic environment within CS&Q, working closely with the BCF factory, as well as the Europe execution team, Solutions Supply Chain, and suppliers. This position comes with responsibilities and missions that will challenge your leadership to drive Quality Culture in the factory. You will have multiple contacts internally and externally to ensure the best satisfaction of our customers, combining product, manufacturing, customer experience, and application knowledge.
What will you do?Your main missions will be:
Lead the Customer Satisfaction and Quality activities for the PREFAB BCF Factory in the European region, ensuring the overall consistency of the quality management system within the BCF organization (plant, engineering, commissioning, and project execution) and managing the suppliers database.Lead the evaluation and validation of 3rd party integrator suppliers together with Solutions Supply Chain to ensure they are approved by the SAM Process.Monitor and control the performance of the suppliers, performing the required quality checks.Manage the suppliers through the project lifecycle together with the Project Management team.Support suppliers to drive relevant quality programs and methods (8D, Lean 6 Sigma, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement.Lead problem resolution (PRB) with the suppliers when PREFAB Business is accountable, ensuring efficient execution and good KPIs.Define the Annual Audit Plan with Solutions Supply Chain based on the sales/tendering needs and pipeline, and monitor the corrective actions defined from the audits (Supplier Quality Improvement Plan).Collaborate with the Project Quality Lead to define proper expectations and standards per project technical requirements and customer specifications.Ensure the good transfer of quality files to suppliers (lessons learned, best practices).Notify external in-house suppliers about any non-conformity coming from the DPPM and follow up on corrective action/preventive actions to resolve quality issues.Drive monthly supplier reviews with the internal stakeholders.Collaborate with the Industrialization and Operations team to define the IG/OG strategy.Consolidate all Non-Quality Costs and drive improvement actions.Quality Systems Lead Responsibilities:Build, maintain, and improve the quality management system within the entities.Support the development of processes and procedures, ensuring the maintenance of these documents in the Integrated Management System.Plan, lead, and/or conduct internal and external audits.Lead the management review and follow up on improvement plan execution.Animate and challenge process owners.Obtain and maintain external certifications (ISO).Monitor corrective actions resulting from yearly audits to be implemented in the organization (related to product/process audits).
