Permanent Full Time Function: Growth The Role: The Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing activities for indirect categories and general corporate purchasing.
They manage supplier qualification processes, prepare and present reports, and handle ongoing tenders.
Responsibilities will include negotiation with suppliers, contract execution, and ensuring contract fulfillment in collaboration with various teams such as Contracts and Claims, Legal, and Quality Management.
They are also involved in administrative tasks like generating NDAs and processing documentation, as well as forecasting, data analysis, and reporting.
The Procurement Manager interacts with team members across Sonnedix to gather information about procurement needs and support the Engineering & Construction (E&C) team with sourcing activities for current and future projects.
They liaise with actual or potential suppliers, manage data rooms, and ensure effective communication and documentation.
This role is crucial in ensuring that procurement processes run smoothly and that all contractual obligations are met.
Desirable skills: Proven experience in servicing procurement activities in a global organization Proven experience in indirect category purchases or corporate procurement PV/Wind industry procurement knowledge and familiarity with contractual and legal terminology Fluency in Business English and Spanish Strong administrative and process management skills, with a proactive approach to facing obstacles or challenges.
