Main Tasks:Development and Execution of Sales Strategies
Designing sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives. This includes setting goals, segmenting markets, and establishing tactics to achieve the goals.
Implementing the sales strategies and supervising their progress, ensuring that the team is following the plan and achieving the expected results.Customer Relations and Business Development
Maintaining relationships with the company's main clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Identifying and capturing new clients, as well as opportunities with existing clients.
Managing conflicts or issues with clients to ensure the continuity of business relationships.Interdepartmental Collaboration
Working closely with the engineering team to align sales strategies, ensuring coherent and effective communication.Compliance and Ethics
Ensuring that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical regulations, protecting the company's reputation.
