You will be responsible for decisions impacting the achievement of functional and business objectives and contributing to the operating plans for your functional area, aligned to business strategy. Our Product Directors collaborate regularly with senior leadership and influence thinking and decision-making. Your knowledge and experience will guide and empower your team to draw on their own experience to drive results through their own decision-making. You will deliver results, resolve problems impacting iGaming and cross-dependency initiatives, and identify organizational risks, orchestrating necessary actions to remove obstacles to success.What You Will Be Doing:Lead the iGaming Product Organization: Supervise and mentor teams to build a world-class product practice in iGaming.Vision and Strategies: Create the vision and strategies for the growth of all iGaming products while considering financial implications, marketing needs, and overall business objectives.Strategy and Execution: Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, User Research, and Data teams to shape a customer-focused iGaming product.Process Management: Create and manage a process driving toward a scalable product portfolio that will drive the business towards product-market fit.Stakeholder Buy-In: Secure stakeholder buy-in for the product vision and roadmap.Prioritization and Trade-Offs: Enable teams to manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience and business objectives.Product Specifications: Drive your teams to define and maintain creative, high-level, and detailed product roadmaps and specifications aligning with long-term business objectives.Market and Consumer Insights: Identify target consumer segments and markets, evaluate market trends, product industry, and competition strategies, and make recommendations on product pricing and positioning.Risk Management: Identify, assess, track, and resolve issues and risks at multiple levels, including technical risks and associated business risks
