This role, created due to an internal promotion—your new lead, Pia, now Commercial Director for Europe North—will drive our expansion in the Nordic and Baltic markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania).

By managing the full sales cycle—from acquisition to retention—you'll drive business growth through market insights, collaboration, and upselling, ensuring the maximum impact of TecDoc and TecRMI solutions.
This role can be started as soon as possible, is unlimited full-time employment, and can be performed within your home office in the Netherlands.
Your Role:You contribute to sales strategic decisions and proactively develop business in existing markets, with current and/or new customers.You own the entire sales cycle and represent us from hunting to farming or acquiring to retaining – be it via online meetings, on-site client visits, trade fairs, or online sales channels.You see an opportunity and directly up or cross-sell – because you just love to see potential become sales.Everything in your hands – you own the entire process including offer preparation and contract negotiations.You are collaborating with your sales colleagues from the whole department to holistically win, upsell, or cross-sell all TecDoc and TecRMI solutions.You are connecting your market knowledge with our sales projects to provide a top-notch sales process and continuously develop it with us.You own your target achievement and keep your sales and earnings nice and tidy within our reporting system. Your Profile:You are looking for a sales challenge and have experience in sales development in the Nordic market.You can explain all our solutions in a customer-friendly way, while highlighting our USP in order to convince customers in a competitive market environment.You are experienced in B2B sales, ideally in the automotive or IT industry.Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 applications.High willingness to travel (with hotel accommodation) on minimum 3 days a week within Northern Europe (Denmark, Sweden, Norway occasionally to NL (Heerlen) or Germany (Cologne)).You are business fluent in English, ideally also in an additional Scandinavian language such as Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
