An opportunity for an Industrial Robotics & Automation Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo).
RESPONSIBILITIESWe are looking for an Industrial Robotics & Automation Engineer.
You will work directly with Operations and Engineering on a new product and manufacturing line development to ensure machine process certification and implementation.
Deliver machines and technical systems:Definition of assembly processes and implementation of associated industrial means (drilling, fastening…)Develop innovative concepts for Machines and Technical Systems.Establish the necessary specifications/requirements for Machines and Technical Systems.Define technical contents of the Machines and Technical Systems CapEx file and perform cost-estimation.Contribution/support to the procurement process in relation to all technical aspects.Planning, steering and monitoring of the project's approval, commitment, cash flow and internal engineering cost by periodical reviews with the Machine project leader and functional leaders (contractual milestones: KOM, PDR, CDR, CISS, CIPS, R&R; follow up).Support actively the APTs.Manage the introduction of changes on Machines and Technical Systems in the plant.Keep informed on Machines and Technical Systems changes and process changes related to the supported processes in the plant.Support Maintenance Department with technical expertise to ensure the reliability of the manufacturing cell implemented.Follow FU.IN.03.03 (Specify and Qualify Machines and Systems) standard.SKILLSMaster Degree in EngineeringMechanical and machines technical background.Assembly processes (drilling, fastening, shimming, sealant) knowledgeTolerancing Knowledge will be a plusComposite materials KnowledgeProject Management experience (transversal and transnational)Lean Design principles KnowledgeEnglish: Negotiation levelTeam worker in multifunctional and transnational environmentInnovative mindsetProblem-solving skillsFlexibility (changing environment)WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
