As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Country Manager to drive our growth in the DACH region.What You'll Do:Customer Engagement and Conversion: Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to ensure a seamless client experience. Convert leads into satisfied customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Enhance brand awareness through SEO strategies, increasing qualified web traffic from Germany and Austria. Maintain and update content to ensure it is relevant and engaging for the DACH market. Monitor market trends and competitors to refine and improve our approach.Develop Market Presence: Spearhead the expansion of noCRM.Io in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Work directly with the Head of Growth, a German speaker, to tailor strategies for the DACH market. Create and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and establish partnerships. Adapt and localize marketing materials, including blog posts, landing pages, and event content, to resonate with the DACH audience.Autonomy and Innovation: Utilize creative freedom to explore and implement new acquisition channels. Drive new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key sales teams in the region.Your Profile:Educational Background: Master Degree in business or marketing.Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in the SaaS industry. Experience in digital marketing and SEO is a plus. Understanding of digital acquisition tactics and customer engagement strategies.Language Skills: Native German speaker. High proficiency in English (strong communication skills for effective collaboration with our team). Proficiency in additional languages (advantageous but not mandatory).Personal Attributes: Passionate about sales, marketing, and achieving results. Excellent writing skills with meticulous attention to detail. Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to take on responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable making calls and attending industry events.
