We're looking for a creative, results-driven, and hands-on Marketing Campaign Activation Manager to join the Polestar team.
This is a key role reporting to the Spain Head of Marketing,
where you'll be responsible for media, asset planning and delivering key marketing campaigns, communications, and activities in Spain.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys collaboration, working with others as well as someone who can embrace and adapt to change.
What you'll doPaid Media, CRM and ecommerce will be your core levers to activate Marketing campaigns at local level.Activate end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and activities against business objectives, in coordination with global campaigns.Coordinate and collaborate with consumer events and partnerships manager to build a consistent marketing strategy in Spain.Working closely with agencies to ensure clear and concise campaign briefs, assess creatives, adapt content, and optimize assets, assuring that they adhere to brand guidelines while also suiting local Spain requirements.Continuously review campaign and communication performance, competitor tracking and marketing trends and share key learnings and recommendations to drive results.
Data driven mindset is crucial for this role.Adapt global creative toolkits and assets to suit local requirements.Strong collaboration and coordination with Polestar HQ marketing team, our Polestar Spain team, and local agencies & partners.Who you areWe believe that you have a passion to work with sustainability and electric cars and would like to use your experience from working with marketing campaigns and/or partnerships to contribute to our continued growth.
We are a young company, where your strong communication ability and interpersonal skills, together with a collaborative ethos and can-do attitude will be needed to effectively test new ideas, manage project tasks, timelines and communications.
Additionally, we expect you to have:
Relevant experience on paid media, e-commerce and CRM as key drivers within marketing strategy.Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience within Digital Marketing.Knowledge of execution and detailed performance analysis of marketing campaigns.
You are data driven.Experience in funnel strategy and campaign optimization & performance to drive stronger conversion metrics.Proactivity, problem solver, attention to detail and high capacity to convince and lead.An understanding of the automotive industry is considered a plus but not a must have as we like to get inspired by other industries.Influencers, advocacy, social community management, eventing is a very valuable knowledge for us but not required as mandatory for this position.We are an international company so English is a must have.
