You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll drive the APSYS toolbox as a vector of Performance Improvement for production.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, supply chain), driving the Manufacturing Performance of the Santa Perpetua site by harnessing the data coming from the ERP, AOS, and various tools.You'll specifically take care of structuring the data to facilitate decision making, and also setting up and animating the performance governance routines of the Manufacturing function interfacing with Quality, Industrialization & Supply Chain.We'll look to you for:Extracting data from different tools (SAP, AOS, etc.)
and creating various dashboards to support manufacturing level decisions.Addressing the root causes of manufacturing performance through these dashboards.Setting up the weekly and monthly performance governance routines from Workshop Coordinators and other production colleagues.Working with the production department to make decisions based on data analysis.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
