K834 Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a self-driven Operations Coordinator to support our Resource Management Team.As our new Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Plan, schedule, and deploy fully qualified and medically fit UK and European resources in line with departmental execution of all Jack Up Operations Critical Task activitiesPro-actively manage all training certification & expiry dates for the UK/DK/DE Technicians & Subcontractor pool of Jack Up Operations resources. Liaise with the Siemens Gamesa Global Training Department to ensure all training requirements & re-certification is kept up to date (to allow continuous operation)Management of timely Shift pattern change notification, general shift pattern management, weather days, stand down days, training days, holidays, and sick days in line with the Technician ContractWork closely with Customer and Jack Up Operations Programme Managers, Project Managers, and Technical PM's to optimize the scheduling and work patterns to deliver planned work scope, including pro-active maintenance of manning levels on any given projectPlan and implement a training and development strategy for changes in customer demand and expectations over the next 5 yearsCo-ordination & control of sub-contractors and internal Global resources deployed within Jack Up OperationsFacilitate weekly/monthly planning review meetings and ensure all key stakeholders are in attendanceSupport with the control & management of Technician Hours, allowances, hour's burn rate, expenses, salary reviewSupporting the finance teams with Purchase Orders and Invoice approvals, both in UK and DKAssist management and team on a daily basisWhat you need to make a difference:This role requires someone who has previous experience of working in a complex and large environment interfacing with multiple stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
