Responsibilities: Govern Backoffice solutions Programs (Procurement, HR, Sustainability, Legal, Payments, OneERP, P2P), provide guidelines, reports, and budget supervision.Lead Backoffice programs and projects evolutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand drivers, definition, and evolution of KPIs and scope of the projects.Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement to develop new programs or projects within 5YP Initiatives.Control project budgets and delivery milestones avoiding deviations that will have negative impact on the business.Work actively and closely with Backoffice team and software development teams to ensure user requirements are clearly understood and developed as specified in the documentation.Perform estimation for new initiatives; ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable.Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders including status against milestones, and transparency of risks/issues.Excellent communication skills to provide business stakeholders and IT CIO visibility on project status and issues/risks.Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
