Main Responsibilities: Data Migration Delivery: Lead and take end-to-end ownership of the data migration process and project delivery in a scaled organizational setup, ensuring that dependencies are understood and managed, timely result execution, smooth data transition, and minimal disruption to business operations.
Data Management for QC: Lead and take end-to-end ownership of data management for QC and QC exports, including requirements definition and/or review for data exports, data handling, policies within QC, and data exports to Intrum's data lake and the data enrichment service.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of data migration professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that drives high performance and growth.
Data Migration Governance and Methodology: Define and enforce data migration governance standards, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and internal guidelines.
Develop and refine data migration methodologies and migration runbook to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Strategic and Global Collaboration: Partner closely with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Markets, Data and Analytics, and other relevant departments to align data migration strategies with overarching business goals and Intrum's data governance policies.
Risks Management: Identify potential data migration risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements and Intrum's data governance policies throughout the migration process.
Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging post-migration analysis to refine the approach and process, enhance data quality, and optimize future deployment activities and methodology.
About You: Proven project experience leading multiple large-scale data migration initiatives.
Strong understanding of data migration practices, processes, and tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
