Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degreeExtensive hands-on experience in the end-to-end Source to Pay processes of large-scale organizationsProven record of successfully driving process improvement and digital transformation programs in large procurement organizationsExperience in writing detailed process flows and functional specificationsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize tasksAbility to present and influence all levels within the organizationResults-oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teamsGreen Belt or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma CertificationJob Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Source to Pay processes: from identifying key business challenges, defining procurement policies, designing the right processes and methodsMaintain and continuously improve Source to Pay processes performance to deliver the desired strategic outputs and business objectivesIdentify key business challenges to be solved through digitalization and contribute to overall GPO digitalization strategy and roadmapEngage business stakeholders and key partners (such as Innovation, Tech teams) to dive into existing processes and define the future state of Source to Pay value chainLead change management and adoption of the new processes across the procurement function and business stakeholdersRegular communication with senior management on progress, risks, and change controlAdditional Skills: Extremely customer-focused, taking the time to understand the needs of the businessStrong analytical skills including the ability to quickly synthesize, distil, and draw conclusions on large amounts of dataAbility to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skillsPassionate self-starter with the highest integrity and ethicsAmazon's mission is to be the most customer-centric company on Earth.
