As a Casino CRM Product Executive, you'll be responsible for: Executing the CRM and Product Strategy to increase customer lifetime value across the Betway product, mainly focusing on Casino Online product and strategy.
Supporting the success of our game titles (Casino providers) by assisting with the overall casino strategy and growing the CRM programme across Spain.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Casino Global team, Country Management, Acquisition, Product, Integrations, Creative, and Analytics teams as part of an aligned regional strategy.
Using technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
Driving the quality and profitability of a specific set of Slots, Table Games, and Live Dealer products.
What you'll be doing As part of your role, your responsibilities will include: Supporting and enhancing the overall casino activity.
Managing a range of communication tools: email, SMS, push notification, in-app messaging, landing pages.
Utilizing data-driven insights and market research to enhance player engagement and retention.
Collaborating with Compliance team to ensure all products meet required jurisdictional compliance.
Managing projects through all Retention and Marketing processes from planning to execution and reporting.
