Job Description
We are looking for a delivery-focused Information Security Consultant to design and run security services.
These are, among others, Vulnerability Management and Security Scanning.
You will be responsible for delivering IT security for the complete Eurofins infrastructure.
The role is expected to contribute to technical integration scenarios, ensuring security in ongoing and planned projects.
This is a hands-on role that requires some traveling to establish close collaboration with the operations, infrastructure and project teams.
Specific Assignments
You will be working on establishing concepts for the Vulnerability Management process and define the appropriate toolset.
You will also participate in assessing the security posture of the whole company from an IT perspective.
You will be engaged in many interesting projects aimed to develop new and improved global security solutions.
Part of your task will be to assess the security of the acquired systems or solutions to ensure these are commenced in line with security standards.
This role is also strategic - supporting the strategies and implementations concepts for secure integration of the company's global infrastructure with the cloud, supporting all global Security Teams!
Best practices, guidelines and reusable components design - you will be also working on these by liaising within the corporate Enterprise Architecture Office and IT Infrastructure.
Qualifications
If you have 3-5 years of experience in security and/or infrastructure design and support, as well as experience in management of IT services - we're looking for you.
Talent to identify and create a broad vision for a security solution and to execute it, as well as systems thinking, seeing how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking), is also crucial for us.
On the role of Information Security Consultant you can utilize your technical skills: architecting, deploying and managing security tools e.g.
: vulnerability management, security scanning, log management, multifactor authentication, pentesting, automated code analysis and antimalware; assessing and integrating the cloud-based solutions and services; understanding of server management, virtualization, networking, systems management.
As you'll be working in an international environment, your English needs to be excellent.
You have to be an effective communicator (both to technical and non-technical professionals), convincing that your concepts are relevant and important for the whole organization.
Other skills you'll need are orientation on details, team working, problem solving and independence.
