Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions in German-speaking countries.Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and expectations.Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to find and engage potential candidates.Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks on shortlisted candidates.Provide candidates with guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and job offer negotiation.Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop innovative strategies for finding top talent.Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies. Requirements Fluent in German (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.A passion for helping individuals connect with job opportunities internationally.
