We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Product team. In this role, you will centrally own and improve a variety of Product Success KPIs, Product Configurations, and related projects. As a Program Manager, you act as a central conduit for various Product Tribes and the wider organization, orchestrating cross-functional processes and teams. You will create transparency and alignment on performance goals and analytics with internal and external stakeholders and support cross-departmental collaboration on core KPIs. In order to enable data-driven decision making,
you will use a variety of data sources ranging from internal databases to external analyses to guide strategic and tactical decision making. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have an in-depth commercial understanding of the business, as well as a fundamental understanding of product and technology processes.
Location: Our Product teams are mainly located across Hamburg, Berlin, and Barcelona; however, we are flexible and can also consider remote work within our 11 FREE NOW countries.
Responsibilities:Product Excellence & AnalysisOwn all product configurations in your assigned domain and create infrastructure for their continuous optimization across markets and market dynamics.Lead product configuration experimentation by generating optimization opportunities and performing the necessary Pre- and Post-Analyses.Cross-functionally orchestrate collaboration on Target KPIs and Configuration changes with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations.Create transparency and alignment around Target KPIs and their achievement in the broader organization.Be the first point of contact for all questions relating to your domain from other teams.Lead on the creation, refinement, and prioritization of your backlog & work closely with Product Lead to get features on the roadmap. Program & Project Management:Define, implement, and maintain processes for the cross-Product domain collaboration on KPI improvement and for collaboration with markets, Product Operations, and other stakeholders.Proactively identify key product improvement opportunities to independently scope and lead their execution end-to-end.Create and maintain the necessary infrastructure to track business impact of product deployments and changes in your domain.Design and implement communication formats and events to ensure bilateral market-product communication including market-facing development and experimentation roadmap. Desired Experience, Behaviors & Values:4+ years of experience in operations/management consulting/product/analyst.1+ years of experience in an analytical role, such as Business or Product Analyst.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and working knowledge of SQL.Experience in working in a data-driven analytics environment including an understanding of how to engage and influence decision makers.Experience in taking ownership of projects and delivering them on an individual basis.Strong focus on execution and delivery of project milestones.Capacity to context switch between detail and high-level tasks.Ability to manage and prioritize divergent workstreams simultaneously.Analytical mindset and ability to independently leverage data for prioritization and decision making.Deep understanding or interest in product management and product development.
