This role will partner with our leading Spanish clients and agencies to help measure the effectiveness of their investment on our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.We seek highly-driven, empathetic, individuals who are looking to help build our Marketing Sciences discipline. Execution, curiosity,and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment will be critical for success.**Responsibilities**:- Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide impactful measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform- Support Measurement Partners on strategic consulting, together with revenue and product teams, to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients- Utilise performance measurement signals to support strategic Partner recommendations- Manage third party brand lift study set up and partner communication- Manage technical implementation of Measurement products- Track client and cross-functional feedback, to ensure their voice is reflected within our product and with our partnerships teams- Support data organisation, visualisation and hypothesis creation for meta analysis on key verticals across the EUI region.- At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising measurement from large marketing-related organisations,digital platforms or analytics specialist organisations- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; social sciences, mathematics, operations, business, advertising/marketing, or research preferred- An interest in inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills are a must- Ability to work effectively across a large team and deploy consistent quality- A track record of working with clients on digital measurement- Experience at advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent- Support and training provided- Excellent verbal and written language skills in Spanish and English required.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.Our platform connects people from across the globe and so does our workplace.
