Senior Manager, Central Rewards - Pan EU Role Purpose: We are looking for a Senior Manager of Central Rewards to join our central rewards team.
As the Senior Manager of Central Rewards, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the AD of central rewards and Director of Executive Rewards in executing the company's rewards and recognition strategies across all business units and regions.
Your expertise in compensation, benefits, and employee engagement will contribute to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent within the organization.
What to Expect:
Rewards Strategy Support:Collaborate with the wider rewards team and relevant stakeholders to contribute to the development of a cohesive rewards and recognition strategy that supports our business objectives.Assist in the coordination and execution of rewards initiatives that align with the overall organizational goals.Compensation and Benefits Coordination:Assist in the implementation and management of compensation and benefits programs, including base salary, bonuses, equity plans, and employee benefits.Help analyse industry trends to ensure our rewards offerings remain competitive and attractive to potential and current employees.Assist with job evaluations, creation of job codes and development of job architecture.Market Research and Analysis:Assist in conducting market research and analysis to benchmark our compensation structure against industry standards and competitors.Contribute insights and suggestions to leadership regarding potential adjustments to compensation packages.Annual Rewards Cycle:Support the AD central rewards in leading the end-to-end process of the global salary review and annual bonus cycle.Communication and Training:Work with the P&C Communications team to help communicate rewards programs, policies, and updates to employees and managers in a clear and effective manner.Contribute to the development of educational materials and participate in training sessions for HR teams and managers.Data Review and Insights:Work with the WFI team to support the utilisation of data analytics to assess the impact of rewards programs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with the WFI team in the creation of reports and dashboards to present key insights to leadership.Vendor Collaboration:Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful implementation and administration of rewards and recognition programs.Skills and Essentials:
Experience:
Depth of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management.Exposure to HRIS systems and familiarity with compensation analysis tools.Skills:
Works effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Organized and analytical with attention to detail.Proactive attitude with strong administration, data, planning and project management skills.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Approachable, able to establish good working relationships with employees at all levels.Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and working independently.Enjoys working as part of a small team.Reliable, conscientious, and flexible mindset.Ability to prioritise conflicting demands.Respects sensitive personal information and confidentiality requirements.Language Capability: Fluent in English; any other CCEP countries language will be appreciated.
