Infor Artificial Intelligence is a machine learning platform that provides a modeling environment for building data science-based services without heavy development. It is tightly integrated with Infor Data Lake, consuming big data from Infor's business applications.The Infor Artificial Intelligence platform is typically used for data preprocessing, scripting over data, and then building, training, and deployment of ML/AI models, exposing these as services to be embedded in any process.Responsibilities:A day in the life typically includes:As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software. You will work within a multidisciplinary agile development team in close collaboration with other talented software engineers, QA engineers, architects, and business analysts. You will determine your daily tasks in coordination with these colleagues, rather than waiting for work to be assigned to you. You will be responsible for your deliverables and for cooperating with colleagues, promoting communication and knowledge sharing.Required Skills:- Experience with web services development using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.- Unit testing is a natural, intrinsic part of your work.- Experience with Java development tooling (Java 17+ SDK, Git, Maven, Gradle, Docker, CICD).- Experience with modern development processes (SOLID programming, merge requests, code review).Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with cloud application development and/or general cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm.- Knowledge of Python.- Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, …).- Knowledge of data science tools and algorithms (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Prophet, …).- Knowledge of UML (component architecture, data flow, state and boundary diagrams, …).About Infor:Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry-specific markets.
