At this point, we need to look for a part-time Office Manager/Receptionist to help us manage our hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities: Answer the phone, receive visitors and suppliers Arrange office supplies Take responsibility for courier and parcel services Manage travel arrangements Update and maintain office policies as necessary Address employees' queries regarding office management issues Assist in events organization Support the People team What we need from you: At least 1 year experience in a similar role Experience with travel management platforms Fluent in Spanish, with a good level of English (B2 or more) General computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outstanding customer service attitude: flexible, polite, positive Hands-on attitude with excellent time management and organization skills Highly trustworthy, reliable, and discrete What we offer: 4 months contract Hybrid work arrangements Chance to be a part of an international, friendly, and creative team, in which the exchange of ideas and individual initiatives is highly encouraged #J-18808-Ljbffr
