This proposal development will include: Developing high-quality strategic proposals that meet our clients' needsPreparing viable RFP calendars and ensuring RFP milestones are met by all involved individuals in a timely mannerOrganizing, attending, and leading strategy calls for RFPsDeveloping draft budgets in CLARITYContributing to study modeling in VISIONALReviewing clients' specifications, obtaining quality feedback from various stakeholders within the companyWorking with the budgeting team to develop competitive final budgetsPreparing vendor RFPs and obtaining vendor quotesProviding support for bid defense meetingsQualifications A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited college or UniversityExperience managing full-service clinical trial proposals at a CROWriting and editing skillsAnalytical skillsTime management and organization skillsFlexibility and creativity in responding to potential clientsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointAdditional Information
