Stratpharma has, over the past 5 years, experienced tremendous growth in the European market and is keen to strengthen their team in Spain to further this success.
With impressive year-on-year growth, Stratpharma currently has 8 products on the market and 5 more in development, adding to an already strong portfolio.
The Senior Medical Representative is responsible for delivering consistent performance results within a defined geographical area and working with the Country Manager in managing and developing Stratpharma's sales team throughout Spain.
Key Responsibilities:Achieving and exceeding individual territory business and revenue goals.Providing education and training to account staff.Preparing and presenting business proposals including account metrics and benchmark information.Identifying key customers and thought leaders within the territory.Effectively deploying necessary resources to yield the greatest business impact.Developing thorough account plans for all strategic customers.Managing territory budget.Providing input to the Country Manager on strategy for the Spanish market.Assisting in managing Medical Representatives. Sales Acumen:Executing Sales Process effectively.Delivering sales messages/presentations in an organized and effective manner.Demonstrating exceptional product and competitive knowledge and using it effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations. Organization/Time Management:Independently planning territory routing to achieve territory account coverage consistently.Submitting all administrative reports, expense reports, and business plans accurately and in a timely manner.Prioritizing daily tactics based on greatest business impact. Customer Relations:Demonstrating a customer-centric approach to business planning, using medical promotion skills and sales processes.Uncovering customer needs and providing appropriate information, resources, and messages to deliver maximum value.Leveraging knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the plastic surgery community.Developing and building long-term strategic business relationships with core customers. Requirements:5+ years of current medical promotion experience within Gynecology, Radiotherapy, Wound Care or Dermatology advantageous.Experience of promoting OTC products and visiting pharmacies.Sales experience within prescription devices or drugs advantageous.Must have excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.Able to work independently.Documented medical promotion success.English advantageous.University degree.
