We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and aligning Continuous Improvement projects with the strategic objectives of the Group.You will also coordinate and support global continuous improvement initiatives across various corporate areas.Key responsibilities: Establish and lead the management of Continuous Improvement projects, serving as the primary contact for these projects throughout the Group.Develop and implement project management processes, standards, and tools in accordance with Lean Management principles.Collaborate with the Group's Strategy Director to define strategic objectives and KPIs for project delivery and operational excellence.Implement a system for tracking global Continuous Improvement projects, maintaining progress metrics against objectives, and identifying areas for improvement.Guide local and corporate teams, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools and techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.Identify opportunities to optimize processes, eliminate non-value-added activities, and optimize resource management.Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams involved in Continuous Improvement projects.Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and driving the adoption of Lean practices.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational or industrial environments.Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels within the organization.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.Availability to travel as needed.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.Goal-oriented mindset.Global vision.Previous experience in managing Continuous Improvement projects.PMP certification or similar is highly valued.Extensive knowledge of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement techniques.Lean certification (Black Belt) is highly desirable.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Power BI, Minitab, Tableau) to analyze performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
