How you'll be hosting with heart:Support all types of issues and opportunities in running operations (Maintenance, licenses, repairs)Lead all internal and external stakeholdersSupervise and take action of unit and property scoringFull ownership of GO LivesHiring lead for internal stakeholdersShared responsibility with other regional ops managers for special projects for the whole Iberian Market (Content creation, processes, new services, pilot tests, etc.
)Internal cross team collaborations with different departments such as Housekeeping, Project Dev, New units, etc.Facility Management of your shared part of our portfolio (Conflict management and d2d relationship with landlords)Support Maintenance Manager with budgets, decisions and strategyWhat you need to shoot for the stars:You have previous experience in partner management and you are truly passionate about building and maintaining relationships.
Facility Management or Legal Preventive Maintenance knowledge is a plus (Fire safety, legionella, electricity, water pressure, HVAC, etc.
)You shine with your excellent English and Spanish language skills and with your open personality coupled with persuasiveness, and strong communication.
