HR Business Partners (HRBPs) are people-centric professionals who aim to deliver a first-class employee experience. By empowering our talent, we help the business increase its profitability and brand equity.
This position has a high content in labour relations.
Working closely with our Stores and Area Managers, you will help implement the business strategy from a people perspective.
What will the role entail?To bring and maintain talent in stores: you will help build a talent structure by selecting the best talents and helping them grow through training and development paths.To provide guidance on people practices: you will give support in labour law issues, payroll, and Union Committees, with the advice of HQ specialists.To influence and build relationships with people around the business: you will visit or maintain contact regularly with store staff and will coach and provide feedback to management to help improve business efficiency, challenging others to get to the root of people issues.RequirementsWhat we expect from you?Ability to work independently, in compliance with procedures and deadlines.Management of priorities, identifying and responding to emergencies.Able to multitask and deliver quick and accurate answers regarding people issues.Be able to face any type of audience, adapting your communication to the audience and demonstrating good listening skills.Collaborate in the elaboration of projects that have an impact on the teams.Data analysis, elaboration, and monitoring of staff cost budgets to correct deviations.Requirements of the position:Minimum experience in a generalist HR role of 3-4 years.University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar.Master's Degree is desirable.English level C1.Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).What we offer in exchange?Great international working environment.Corporate Offices in Madrid with canteen and parking available.Home office once a week (Focus Friday) and flexible working hours.Flexible benefits such as ticket restaurant, health insurance with Cigna, transport ticket, or nursery ticket.Discount on the brands of the Group.GPTW.
