Your challenges and objectives: Learn about our help desk processesAcquire comprehensive knowledge about devices and hardware used at Avature and how they should be configuredGain autonomy and ownership when handling help desk issuesBe customer service oriented towards internal clients Your day-to-day activities: Interact with fellow employees to troubleshoot their issuesPrioritize requests for technical assistanceInstall, configure and upgrade desktop hardware and peripheralsMaintain confidentiality and security regarding processes, storage and access About you: Passionate about technology.Fluent in written and spoken English.Windows, macOS and Ubuntu knowledge.Enthusiastic about assisting others with technical issues.Eager to learn in a fun and encouraging working environment.It's a plus if you've recently graduated with a technology-related degree, such as IT engineering, systems engineering, or computer science.Linux/Unix knowledge is also appreciated.
