What you get to do: As a Learning & Path Career Manager, you will work closely with our Business and Corporate Training teams to create and deliver a Global Training Plan in collaboration with our affiliates across different geographies. You will also review and develop the career paths for key positions, as well as define new professional careers and their training activities.What it takes to succeed:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field5 years of training experience, with a background in engineering industry setting desiredAt least two years of leadership experienceExperience creating training and innovative content in a learning management systemPrevious experience in virtual learning design and maintenance preferredKnowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resourcesOutstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsConfident and outgoing profileStrong influencing skillsFlexibility in effectively handling multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to assimilate information effectively and formulate solutionsPrevious experience of working in the civil engineering or construction industry is advantageous.Join the team!
